DISCLAIMER / COMPANY POLICY AMANTRO AGRO

We are a specialty / Tailor Made/specialty bulk procurement chemical Company; our goods are not matched with other same-name generic items available in the market. the disclaimer for Fishmeal Supplement, Rapeseed Meal Supplement, Soya Lecithin Supplement, Rice DDGS Supplement, Blood Meal Supplement, Meat Bone Meal Supplement, Meat Meal Supplement, Chicken Meal Supplement, and other feed supplements i.e. Vitamins, Minerals, Aminos, and Antibiotics. All in the shape of Premixes.

By proceeding further, the user/customer/trader/purchaser ("Purchaser") agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledges the representations of the Seller/Company, Amantro Agro, as follows:

1. Acceptance of Responsibility & No Return Policy
The Purchaser agrees and accepts full responsibility to satisfy himself/herself/itself regarding the suitability, completeness, and fitness of the products for their specific purpose prior to purchase and use. All goods sold and supplied by Amantro Agro are non-returnable and non-replaceable under any circumstances. The Company supplies tailor-made, pre-branded products customized as per customer requirements in terms of physical properties, chemical composition, performance, and pricing. Acceptance of the goods shall be deemed acceptance of quality, specifications, and price standards. The Company does not deal in generic products.

2. Product Information, Limitation of Liability & Use Disclaimer
All information provided relates only to the specific material/product supplied and may not be valid when used in combination with other materials or processes. It is strongly recommended that the Purchaser initially partially replace existing products with Amantro Agro products and gradually escalate after checking the performance, rather than complete replacement at once. The information provided is based on the Company's best knowledge and is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of issuance. However, no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, is made regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or misuse of the product. Products may differ from generic descriptions as they are custom-formulated based on client-specific requirements relating to appearance, performance, and pricing. The Company clearly states that it does not deal in pharmaceutical products, APIs, or products intended for human consumption. All products supplied are tailor-made supplement premixes only.

3. Responsibility of Traders / Resellers
Any trader or distributor purchasing goods from Amantro Agro agrees that before selling the product to any third party or end-user, they shall fully convey all technical characteristics, usage instructions, partial replacement guidelines, and this disclaimer with sample approval. The Company shall not be held responsible if the Purchaser fails to communicate this disclaimer to their end customer. There is no privity of contract between Amantro Agro and any end user purchasing through a third party.

4. Important Note on Product Evaluation
Our products are formulated using specific chemistry to achieve targeted assays and characteristics comparable to market products, offering a cost-effective and value-for-money solution. These products can be evaluated only through a specific Method of Analysis (MOA). Amantro products not evaluated/tested by an HPLC or any other test protocol, its strictly for use. Specific MOA shared at the beginning of communication regarding the purchase of material. This information is clearly mentioned in our COA, invoices, and technical literature and must be communicated to end users. Customers are advised to partially replace existing products initially and increase usage only after satisfactory results. Failure to follow these instructions may lead to confusion or disputes, for which the Company shall bear no responsibility.

5. Final Sale & Third-Party Responsibility
All sales are final. Goods once sold are neither returnable nor replaceable. The Purchaser is solely responsible for informing all details, specifications, and usage instructions when selling to any third party or end user. Amantro Agro shall not entertain or accept any complaints from third-party customers of the Purchaser. Any such issues shall be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

6. Jurisdiction & Arbitration
Any transaction, whether small or large, with Amantro Agro shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator appointed by Amantro Agro, and proceedings shall be conducted at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and/or Mumbai, Maharashtra, at the sole discretion of the Company. No other jurisdiction shall apply. Any material previously purchased and accepted by the Purchaser shall be deemed as finally approved, and all past, present, and future purchases shall be governed by the same terms and conditions without the need for further communication.

7. Binding Acceptance
By placing reliance on this document/email, the Purchaser agrees to be fully bound by the terms, conditions, and policies of Amantro Agro and waives any right to dispute the same in the future. This acceptance shall apply to all past, present, and future transactions, and this document/email shall be treated as final and irrevocable acceptance of all terms stated herein.

8. It is strictly recommended for chicks to use feed as per chick supplier feed or take formulation from your doctors then only use our meal supplements, premixes and other materials (supplements) partially as per their instructions. If anything misshappening company will not be responsible

9. All our products cannot be appraised for performance, all products are neither intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, nutritional values of value addition in any form
